3rd meeting

on this meeting. i was absent. so i not following classes.
I asked to my friends what the matter has discussed. The matter discuss about myths in writing.
I wasn't write the matter yet. so i didn't know anymore  about myths in writing

second meeting in writing for academic purposes

Second wednesday, i missed my class. because i must be going to Jakarta. I was going to jakarta for my job as in Public relaition an Advocacy division in ESA.
We went to Bina Nusantara Universithy.
But I try to ask logika,what the topic on that day. The day they meet to Mrs Susi for helping Mr, Alwasilah lecturing in our class. because he will go to london for three months.

i am sorry for my absent to the class. but i has missed the class for useful thing,

paraphrasing the text

today is 7th meeting on Writing for Academic Purposes by mrs Susi septaviana.
We have been paraphrasing text. We following steps of paraphrasing that have been get on 2 meetings ago
The text talk about hazard by using cellphone. there are many points based on research evidence the hazards of using cellphone.
The elctromagnetic waves can infered our health. especially on our body which contact with cellphone. it can lead deafness and migrain.
And we can prevent from the hazards. Avoid to overuse cellphone, avoid vibrating mode, buy the cellphone in reputated company. and avoid by pregnant mother.

in paraphrase, we must paraphrasing sentence by sentence. it purpose to avoid some information delete. avoid to give our opinion., we just change the sentence/structure/detail words but not change the idea of the text.. So, be carefull to your idea, and paraphrase the text smartly..

Academic writing

5th sept, the first meeting with Writing for Academic Purposes by Alwasilah. The day we learn about What is Academic Writing and Literary writing.

Content in academic writing talk about fact, news, which have some data and evidence. Academic writing wrote with systematic writing to give the reader some information or even knowledge about something. to supporting the data, writer give the evidence from the result observation or research. The writer also give some arguments or maybe experience personal. Academic writing have conclusion in the end of writing.

Literary writing such as poem, short story, novel, article and so fort doesn't have formal content like on academic writing. Poems write by author depends on his/her feeling. So poems not give the fact to the reader but give some emotion.
Short story and novel make by the author (usually) depends on his/her imagination. Completely fiction. Imagination to entertaining the reader, not give some information. Short story and novel usually have some rules. More than one paragraph, certain amount of words, etc.
Article have some point same with academic writing, but it play in argument. Article consist of writer's argument, share opinion about something to the reader.

After that we know differenciate Academic writing and Literary writing. From now we must be more prafessional as Academic person or Literary students.

harus memulai

pada akhirnya harus kusadari, menulis itu harus kukembangkan, via elektronik. Sang Guru Besar ku, semakin meyakinku untuk memulai dan terus menulis. dan 'dukungan' akdemik. hehe

"Tulis saja dulu, masalah struktur nanti saja diperbaiki. yang penting idenya tersampaikan." begitu kata beliau...

jadi harus kumulai langkahku untuk takdir baik di langkah ke sekian..
